Sales Order Processor /Customer Service Administrator
We’re a successful 60-strong company specialising in upscale gifts and seasonal decorations mainly of our own design. We are looking for someone to join our 5-strong Customer Service team with experience in processing orders / credit notes and general customer service in a B2B environment. The ideal person must have relevant experience and a can- do attitude.
A working knowledge of Outlook and Excel is a must and the ability to manage a varied workload along with experience of talking to customers on the phone and via e-mail.
Working hours are Mon – Fri 9.00 – 5:30pm, very friendly atmosphere, 1.5 miles from Waterloo and London Bridge.
