How to Decorate an Easter Wreath

How to Decorate an Easter Wreath
March 14, 2013 Gisela Graham Team

Here’s an Easter idea to get children involved.

Get a plain twig wreath to adorn the front door or hang on the kitchen wall.

Get the kids to choose little Easter chicks and eggs to decorate it.

How to Decorate an Easter Wreath

Start by tying a bow to wire onto your wreath.

Using two colours of ribbon at the same time, make a loop away from you, fold the ribbon over and make a loop towards you, repeat this 3 times…

With a separate piece of ribbon wrap around the centre and secure with a piece of wire. Use this wire to wire your bow onto your wreath.

Wire Eggs to your Wreath

Using small pieces of Wire, wire eggs at intervals to your wreath, single larger ones and groups of smaller eggs.

Slot in some spring flowers and lastly wire on a little Bird’s Nest into the centre of your Easter Wreath.
