Rosewater Blackberry Smash. Need we say more? The glorious weather is back and we here at Gisela Graham will take any excuse to celebrate and we, of course, want to share our love of this cocktails with our lovely readers!
This simple summer recipe filled with fresh herbs and berries is perfect for sipping on those sunny weekend days, party-throwing or a cheeky boozy brunch, we can promise it is as delicious as it is beautiful!
Products featured: Gold Deco Fan Glass Water Carafe and Glass | 33871,
- 2 oz Gin
- 75 oz fresh-squeezed/strained lime juice
- ¼ tsp Rosewater
- Smash one blackberry in the bottom of a glass, then top it with ice.
- Shake all the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for 5 seconds only.
- Pour over the ice, give it a light stir, then top with more ice, blackberries and rosemary.
Cool and fruity, with floral notes and a definite hint of summer. You can also enjoy this cocktail without the gin, throw in some tonic or lemonade and you have yourself an equally delicious mocktail!
