We will be giving you today not just a delicious cheat day but quick and easy recipes of mouth-watering chocolaty goodness.

The Best One-Bowl Brownies
Serves 16 40-50mintes Easy
- 1 cup unsalted butter (230 g)
- 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips (260 g)
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar (300 g)
- ¾ cup brown sugar (165 g)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 free range eggs
- 1 ¼ cups flour of your choice (155 g)
- 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder(40 g)
- non-stick cooking spray, for greasing
Preheat the oven to 180 C .
Add the butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips to a large microwave friendly bowl. Microwave for 1 ½ minutes, then let sit for 3 minutes before whisking together.
Add the granulated and brown sugars, vanilla and salt. Whisk to combine. Whisk in the eggs until fully combined.
Sit the flour and cocoa powder into the bowl and fold in with spatula. Add the remaining chocolate chips and fold to incorporate.
Line 23-cm square baking pan with parchment paper and grease with non-stick spray. Spread the butter evenly in the pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
Let cool completely before cutting.

Mulled Hot Chocolate
Serves 6-8 20 minutes Easy
- Red wine (300ml)
- Cinnamon Sticks
- 6 Allspice berries
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Whole Milk (500ml)
- 150g Dark chocolate
Pour the red wine into a pan and add cinnamon, allspice berries and brown sugar. Heat gently and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a separate pan, heat the milk, then gradually whisk in the dark chocolate. Strain the red wine into the chocolate pan and stir.
Serve in small cups with extra cinnamon stick.
Now get in your comfy clothes, set the movie up and get ready for a well earned relax on the couch.
